Four men arrested on charges of child sex crimes in Guadalupe County

They’re all separate cases, but the arrests were made back-to-back across the last four days.

GUADALUPE COUNTY, Texas — The Guadalupe County Sheriff’s Office has arrested four men and all are accused of child sex crimes.

They’re all separate cases, but the arrests were made back-to-back across the last four days.

The GCSO arrested Brian Schreiber, Joshua Guzman, Colton Wiley, and Jericho Ball all between Sunday and Wednesday.

Ball was arrested June 20, because he had two warrants for possession of child porn and continuous sex abuse of a child.

Joshua Guzman was arrested June 22 in Bexar County on four warrants. Two are for sexual assault of a child, and the other two are for sexual performance by a child and intent to sell child porn. He was sent back to the Guadalupe County Jail on a $1 million dollar bond.

Deputies also arrested Brian Schreiber on June 22 after they did a search warrant on his home in Marion. Deputies say they found child porn and interviewed Schreiber about it before booking him.

The last arrest happened yesterday with 28-year-old Colton Wiley. He’s facing charges for aggravated sexual assault and continuous sexual assault of a child. He’s listed on the Marion Volunteer Fire Department’s website as the Vice President Board of Directors.

Guadalupe County Sheriff Joshua Ray says they’ve made an emphasis on child exploitation and child predators and they are getting results.

We reached out to his office on these recent arrests and are waiting to hear back.
