French club Nanterre 92 selling new jerseys of Spurs’ Wembanyama; Sochan shows off latest tattoo

French team Nanterre 92 launches jerseys featuring Spurs’ Victor Wembanyama.

SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio Spurs‘ Victor Wembanyama’s former French club, Nanterre 92, in conjunction with Nike, has announced that they are selling new jerseys featuring their former star.

“Nanterre 92, still authentic,” posted the team on social media. “Outfit Nanterre 92 Basket Edition 25/26 by Wemby, and shirt by Nike available on our online store.”

The jersey features a green and white colorway, with the Nike logo and the team’s name prominently displayed across the chest.

It retails for € 90, which converts to approximately $106.28.

Wemby played with Nanterre 92 from 2019-21. He made his professional debut on October 2019 only playing 31 seconds for the team. Nanterre was his first pro-level experience and with the team, he was named Pro A Best Young Player in 2021.

After Nanterre 92, he would join Spurs great Tony Parker’s French team, ASVEL, signing a three-year deal.

SOCHAN SHOWS OFF WILD NEW TATTOO

Spurs forward Jeremy Sochan showed off a new armpit tattoo, and it is incredible. It depicts a dog biting through a fence and was created in black ink by popular Texas tattoo artist Zac “Lefty” Colbert.

Other Spurs players have gone to Colbert for their tattoos including Devin Vassell and Julian Champanie.

According to Inked NBA, the session lasted eight hours, and Sochan did not use any numbing cream.
