SAN ANTONIO — A devoted Jonas Brothers fan got the surprise of her lifetime when she was able to attend their San Antonio concert and even got to meet Nick, Joe and Kevin in person!
Allison and her family attended the Oct. 18 concert at the Frost Bank Center thanks to CHRISTUS Children’s and Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN Hospitals).
Allison is a patient ambassador living with dysautonomia, a complex neurological condition that affects the autonomic nervous system but despite her challenges Allison remains positive and inspires others to do the same, officials said.
“Allison’s strength and spirit are an inspiration to our entire community,” Theo Meyer, director of philanthropy, CHRISTUS Children’s Foundation. “We’re grateful to CMN Hospitals for creating this joyful experience for one of our most passionate young ambassadors.”
As a way of celebrating her resilience and positivity, CMN Hospitals gifted her with concerts tickets and VIP meet-and-greet passes so Allison could meet her favorite band. Allison attended the event with her family.
“I’ve been a Jonas Brothers fan for years, so getting to see them live and actually meet them is something I’ll never forget,” said Allison. “It means so much to me and my family to have this kind of support. It’s been a tough journey but moments like this remind me that there’s so much joy and kindness in the world.”
