SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police officers shot a person in the head while they were trying to drive away in stolen car Sunday evening, Chief William McManus said.
Two 18-year-olds were shot in a drive-by shooting on the 900 block of North Mittman Street on the city’s east side Sunday evening.
