Construction is slated to begin this summer and have a turnaround of a few months. An estimated start date is listed as June 1, with a completion date of December 1, according to the TDLR filing.
The scope of the work on the 8,951-square-foot fuel-up station will include renovations to the fuel tank, equipment, and canopy. Work will also be done to the locations kiosks in which guests pay to fill their tanks along with purchase snacks, lottery tickets, and more.
An H-E-B spokesperson confirmed to MySA that the location will not be used by the public during the renovation period. Although the estimated dates of completion are set to be done within a few months, they can be subject to change.
The Hill Country store is located at 641 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666. Customers should plan to fuel up at other gas stations if the location is their main source of fuel.
