CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — A local H-E-B truck driver, Jesus Flores has officially logged his 4 million mile on the road!
Flores has worked with H-E-B for 39 years.
On Monday, in honor of his big accomplishment his group cheered him on as he pulled up in his big rig.
3NEWS spoke with his supervisor who had nothing but great things to say about the star driver.
“It’s a great achievement in company history, he will be the third driver to hit 4 million consecutive miles since he started his driving in 1992 he hasn’t had a single incident,” H-E-B Terminal Manager Robert Mieure said. “His tag line is ‘let’s go!’ every time he rolled into the terminal that’s the first thing he says, he’s reliable and dependent.”
To celebrate the accomplishments Flores asked for two things, one was the spirit of H-E-B trailer and a new tractor.
H-E-B delivered— a brand new 2025 Volvo Tractor for their dedicated employee!
