H-E-B’s Brand Shop items becoming seasonal drops

H-E-B is a Texas staple that knows the impact of its brand. So much so that it did a limited launch of the H-E-B Brand Shop that featured products, clothing and shoes branded with the iconic H-E-B logo and colors in November 2022. The shops appeared as sections in stores — first in Kerrville and then in select San Antonio stores.

On Tuesday, Texas Grocery Finds blog, run by influencer Texas Grocery Obsessed (formerly H-E-B Obsessed), published a post asking where all the H-E-B Brand Shops are going. The influencer, who goes by Emily, wrote in the post that the brand shop displays that sold H-E-B brand Koozies, mugs and the popular tortilla blanket, were disappearing from stores.

Emily goes on to write that the displays are not permanently gone, saying that the items will return this fall. There’s no source cited for this piece of information, so MySA decided to reach out to the H-E-B itself. A spokesperson for the company, Lucio Valentino, confirmed the seasonal adjustment, but said the stores will continue to carry H-E-B Brand Shop items.

“We will continue to carry these products but will have a select product assortment that will change seasonally,” Valentino said in an emailed statement.

If there is still an H-E-B Brand Shop display in your store, grab the items before they change up for the season.
