SAN ANTONIO — There are plenty of Halloween events happening across San Antonio this year, including trick-or-treating opportunities, pumpkin patches, haunted houses and more!

Events taking place up until Halloween
San Antonio Zoo – Zoo Boo
The San Antonio Zoo is hosting their free “Zoo Boo” Halloween event until Oct. 31! The zoo said attendees can expect ” pumpkin spice and everything nice” with the fall-flavored food and drinks to take along as you enjoy their special themed weekends that guarantee a memorable visit each time! The zoo is keeping their commitment to wildlife preservation as the candy being distributed with is eco-friendly!
Windcrest United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch & Fall Events
Windcrest UMC is inviting pumpkin lovers to celebrate Halloween with them at their Windcrest United Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch! Admission is free and attendees will be able to enjoy fall photo ops and of course get to pick their perfect pumpkin up until Oct. 31.
Chuck E. Cheese Halloween Boo-tacular
At participating Check E. Cheese locations across San Antonio, pizza and Halloween lovers can enjoy safe nightly trick-or-treating with Airheads candy, spooky shows, tasty seasonal treats and prizes. Families are encouraged to show up in their best costumes as kids in costume get 500 free tickets to us until Halloween! From 6 p.m. to close, kids are able to trick-or-treat with Chuck E. Cheese at DJ Munch’s Haunted House Party and live show.
Events taking place past Halloween
SeaWorld Spooktacular
Thursdays through Sundays up until Nov. 2, SeaWorld is welcoming families for day-time, not-so-scary Halloween experiences for all ages where guests can enjoy Halloween favorites like trick-or-treating, creative costumes and a maze that features Spookley the Square Pumpkin! There is also special Dia de los Muertos displays set up across the the park!
Six Flags Fiesta Texas – Tricks & Treats
Until Nov. 2, Six Flags is hosting their an all-new, family-friend Halloween event full of mischievous tricks, tasty treats, and entertainment for all ages. The park says every family member is sure to have a “boo-last” embracing their creative side with autumn crafts and entertainment around every corner!
Owl Creek Farm – Pumpkins by Day Terror by Night
Until Nov. 2, the Owl Creek Farm will be hosting several Halloween events at select times so everyone in the family can get their spook on! Their Pumpkin Patch can be enjoyed every Friday-Saturdays while their Terror by Night event is scheduled as follows:
Open Sept. 26 – Nov. 2
- Thurs. & Sun. 7:30 – 10:00 PM
- Fri. & Sat. 7:30 PM – Midnight
The farm will also have three new haunted attractions guests can go on, if they dare!
