He was reported missing Saturday night by Waco PD on social media at 7:56 p.m. Authorities say he was last seen wearing a black and white long-sleeved shirt, blue jeans, beanie and white and black shoes. He was last seen walking near 15th Street and Herring Avenue toward the Brazos River.
Police say Eastland is a mental health consumer. Anyone who has seen him or know where he is encouraged to call law enforcement.
