SAN ANTONIO — Traffic to certain streets and bridges in Kerr County remain closed Friday, a week after the catastrophic Fourth of July floods that have killed dozens of people.
Many parts of Kerr County remain closed to the public and residents must find alternate routes. Several of the roads and bridges are only open to first responders.
