The NFL Draft is almost here, and the Dallas Cowboys will soon be on the clock. The Cowboys, who are coming off a 7-10 season, have the 12th pick in the first round, which will be held Thursday night in Green Bay, Wisconsin at the Packers’ Lambeau Field.
The Cowboys, who will be looking to upgrade under new head coach Brian Schottenheimer, have 10 picks total in this year’s draft — unless they make any moves to shuffle the deck. But for now, Dallas is picking 12th in the first three rounds, before skipping the 4th round, a pick they lost in a trade for receiver Jonathan Mingo.
The Cowboys will then have two picks in the fifth round, two in the sixth and three in the seventh.
The draft runs Thursday through Saturday and will be broadcast on WFAA, ESPN and NFL Network.

Who will the Dallas Cowboys draft?
Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones said in a pre-draft press conference Tuesday that the Cowboys have “yet to put the [draft] board up,” indicating it’s still a wide-open process in terms of who Dallas could select with the 12th pick and beyond.
The Cowboys are said to be in need of a running back or wide receiver on the offensive side of the ball. But Jones and the Cowboys brass are keeping their options open and maintaining a “best available” approach to the draft, given the possible flexibility of the 12th pick.
“The thing that I’ve noticed the most — we haven’t put the board up yet, seriously, but it’s going up quick. Trust me, all the bones are there and ready to stick up there,” Jones said. “But still, it has impressed me with the depth there is at some of these positions … We had no idea that Micah Parsons would drop down there to us when he did. It does happen. We’re certainly not knowingly going to let a great player run through us, for strategy or for trades up or down.”
