Troy Aikman and Joe Buck filmed a commercial together at a Dallas bar.
DALLAS — Troy Aikman and Joe Buck have been longtime broadcast partners, first at Fox Sports and now on ESPN’s “Monday Night Football.”
Now they’ve teamed up on an ad campaign with a Dallas bar as the background.
Aikman and Buck earlier this year filmed a commercial for Aikman’s “EIGHT” light beer at the Lucky Dog Saloon off Cedar Springs Road in Uptown Dallas.
The commercial features Aikman sitting on a barstool, describing the qualities of “EIGHT,” which touts an additive-free recipe.
“You might say I call my beer like I call my games,” Aikman says, as the camera pans out. “Always …”
“With me,” Buck joins in. “Always with me, right?”
“I was gonna say, ‘Like I see ’em,” Aikman responds, before going into a joke about Buck being an “additive.”

Dallas ad agency Johnson & Sekin produced the spot, which is launching across digital and social platforms across Texas, as well as television.
