As part of its 10-year anniversary, Hotel Emma is relaunching its New American restaurant.
SAN ANTONIO — The award-winning Hotel Emma is celebrating 10 years of offering high-quality hospitality in the Alamo City.
For this milestone celebration, Hotel Emma is hosting an array of culinary events throughout the fall season and reintroducing its New American restaurant, Supper.
Supper’s relaunch, lead by Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez and the culinary team, brings guests back to the classic American supper table, known for serving dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from all across south Texas. Hotel guests and restaurant-goers can also enjoy a private dining tasting at Supper’s in their Swiggle Room, which seats a maximum of 28 guests for a more intimate atmosphere.
Hotel Emma management says they are embracing San Antonio’s culinary world by proving a variety of events for the next several weeks.
September events:
- 9/25, 6:30pm, Sternewirth | DEAD RABBIT BAR SWAP
- The Dead Rabbit, an Austin institution, will send its bartenders and signature recipes to San Antonio. Named Tales of The Cocktail Winner of best bar multiple times over, guests can enjoy their classic and contemporary Irish cocktails.
