Huge bowling alley, arcade called ‘Fun Rush’ coming to Ingram Park Mall

UPDATE: The unknown entertainment venue is now even more of a mystery after one possible venue denies that it is associated with the Ingram Park Mall project. Rush Fun Park said in a statement to MySA Wednesday night that it is not involved with the “Fun Rush” project being planned for Ingram Park Mall. The same property owner was associated with a filing for the Huebner Rush Fun Park but this project is apparently different.

“While we are also a recreational center, we are not associated with the ‘Fun Rush’ being planned at Ingram Park Mall,” the statement read.

The planned entertainment venue will be built inside a 73,000-sqaure-foot space at the mall. The filing lists the address as 6301 NW Loop 410,
San Antonio, Texas 78238, which is the address for Ingram Park Mall, but it doesn’t list a suite number.

However, Kreative Real Estate Group Of Texas LLC is listed as the property owner. Kreative bought the old Sears space in March 2023, according to the Express-News. Kreative Real Estate Group Of Texas was co-founded by Karim Kanjiyani. 

There are no venues called “Fun Rush” in San Antonio but that project name is used for a similar TDLR filing for an amusement venue called Rush Fun Park at 14610 Huebner Road, Suite 103, San Antonio, Texas 78230. The phone number for the property owner of the Huebner Rush Fun Park is the same as the planned Ingram Park Mall project. MySA reached out to Rush Fun Park for comment. 

Rush Fun Park offers up a trampoline park, rock climbing, an arcade, slides, a sky-walk and much more, according to the website. Bowling is not listed as one of the featured attractions.
