44-year-old Billie Jo St. Clair was last seen leaving an apartment complex in the 100 block of Ames, off Nogalitos on the southwest side.
SAN ANTONIO — Three daughters are on a frantic search to find their mother.
44-year-old Billie Jo St. Clair went missing nine days ago under unsettling circumstances.
Her family is searching every corner of the south and west sides of San Antonio seeking answers.
They tell KENS 5 it’s out of character for Billie Jo to go silent for this long.
Now, there are growing concerns for the mother’s well-being. Billie Jo’s family says even a phone call from Billie Jo would calm their fears.
“I would do anything to get my mom back,” said Syreniti St. Clair, one of Billie Jo’s daughters. “I’d go to the ends of the earth to get my mom back.”
For many of life’s biggest moments, Billie Jo is there for her daughters.
“This was a little bit before I went to the military,” said Syreniti, pointing to a picture on her bedroom wall. “Here is all of us at my grandma’s house at Christmas.”

Monday, February 17, the unthinkable happened. Billie Jo vanished.
“The fact that she’s not reaching out at all is what’s the most concerning because she usually doesn’t just fall off the face of the earth,” said Syreniti.
The mother was last seen leaving her daughters’ place on the southwest side: The Village at Nogalitos apartments in the 100 block of Ames.
“She usually stays with my older sister and my younger sister, Skyla and Savanna,” Syreniti explained.

No one knows where Billie Jo went since leaving the apartment.
Two of her daughters said Billie Jo called Tuesday the 18th, but the phone read “No Caller ID”. Billie Jo called to check on one of her daughters in the morning, then another later in the afternoon. The second conversation was an emotional one, said Syreniti, but Billie Jo seemed to be in a hurry since she borrowed a friend’s phone.
Tuesday was the last time loved ones heard from her.
“My older sister on Wednesday, she was like, ‘I have a bad feeling’,” said Syreniti.
Family members say Billie Jo is known to hang out on the south and west sides of San Antonio, mostly along Commerce.
“Convenience stores and stuff like that, like where those slot machines are at,” Syreniti explained.
Sometimes, loved ones say, Billie Jo gets paranoia and wanders. She suffers from schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
“For the most part, she’s good on self-soothing herself. But when she crashes, she crashes hard,” said Syreniti.

Despite her mental health conditions, her family says she always finds a way to call — at least every other day.
“She’s a very outgoing person, so if you see her be like, ‘People are looking for you! Are you ok?’ because she’s a very paranoid person, but she will talk to you!” said Savanna, Billie Jo’s youngest daughter.
“She’s very, very friendly,” added Syreniti. “She’s the sunshine when you walk into a room.”
San Antonio Police say Billie Jo was last seen wearing a multicolor blouse, blue jeans and carrying two backpacks. Her straight, shoulder length hair may be in a bun.
Syreniti and Savanna say their mother tends to hang out with a man who drives a red, older model Ford truck. They don’t know his name or what he looks like.
All three daughters have spread the word on social media about their mother. They’ve made posters and plan to schedule a search party one of these upcoming weekends, in case they still can’t find Billie Jo.

If you have any information on this case, call San Antonio Police Department’s Missing Persons Unit at 210-207-7660.
Syreniti also offered her cell phone number, should anyone feel more comfortable letting family members know directly where to find Billie Jo: 210-514-8761.
