SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are once again asking for the public’s help solving a 2017 murder of man whose body was found inside a home on the east-side.
On Monday, Nov. 27, 2017, around 6:13 a.m., SAPD was called to the 100 block of Sample Street after someone reported seeing blood outside a residence. When officers arrived, they found blood near the home and began investigating.
Inside, they discovered 44-year-old Kevin Duplechain dead. Police say he had been staying at the residence for several weeks before he was killed. The motive behind his murder remains unknown.
The case has remained unsolved for seven years, and investigators are now seeking the identification and location of the suspect or suspects responsible.
SAPD is urging anyone with information—no matter how small it may seem—to come forward and help bring answers to Duplechain’s family.
