‘Investigators would like to chat’ | Officials searching for man accused of using debit card that doesn’t ‘match the name on his tattoo’

BCSO has identified the suspect as “Mr. Alvarez” due to the tattoo located on his arm.

BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man they say investigators want to “chat with” about a debit card he is using that “doesn’t match the name on his tattoo.”

BCSO has identified the suspect as “Mr. Alvarez” due to the tattoo located on his arm.

On or about Nov. 13, an individual reported a debit card was stolen from their mailbox and was used at a Security Service Federal Credit Union bank located at 5700 block of N.W. Loop 410.

The suspect went on to withdraw money from the bank to buy a 75-inch TV, and other items, at the Walmart located at 8900 block of W. Military Drive.

“We are looking for ‘Mr. Alvarez’, BCSO Investigators would like to have a chat with him about a debit card he is using that doesn’t match the name on his tattoo,” said BCSO.
