SAN ANTONIO — The 80’s cult classic film featuring David Bowie’s iconic soundtrack performed live with a band on stage right here in San Antonio.
Jim Henson’s Labyrinth: In Concert will be screened along with a live band and David Bowie’s unique vocals at the Tobin Center on November 3, 2026. The performance is part of a North American tour of nearly 100 cities.
The classic movie was released 40 years ago on June 27, 1986, and also stars Jennifer Connelly. The movie’s long-running cult following has only grown over the years since its release. The movie also includes goblins and creatures from Jim Henson’s Creature Shop, adding to the whimsical fantasy nature of the movie.
“Watching audiences connect with Labyrinth this deeply has been extraordinary. From the costumes to the sing-alongs, the energy in every theater is electric,” says John Kinsner, CEO of Black Ink Presents. “With the film celebrating its 40th anniversary, this tour gives audiences a chance to rediscover the soundtrack with Bowie’s vocals and Trevor Jones’ score in a way that feels completely fresh and genuinely unforgettable.”
Tickets are now on sale at the Tobin Center for the Performing Arts. The performance will take place in the Carlos H-E-B Performance Hall on November 3, 2026, at 7:30PM.
