Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld reveal they are expecting a baby, sharing the news through Steinfeld’s birthday newsletter, marking a new chapter in their lives.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld are going to be parents.
The announcement came Friday via Steinfeld’s “Beau Society” newsletter, which was released on Friday.
That newsletter was innocuous enough to start, reflecting on her 29th birthday and reflecting on how great her life has been. She said “28 was wild, beautiful, humbling, and full of the kind of moments that sneak up and change you quietly.”
After that, Steinfeld made a list of things she appreciated. It was when you scroll to the bottom when you got the breaking news, through a 28-second video, that she’s pregnant.
The video starts with the Bills quarterback and reigning NFL Most Valuable Player on his knees, kissing Steinfeld’s bare belly. It was set to music, with no words.
When he stands up, Steinfeld is seen wearing a sweatshirt with the word “MOTHER” plastered across the front and back, and at one point, they’re holding hands and looking down at a small snowman at their feet.
“And now, as I step into my 29th year as a softer, stronger version of myself, I want to appreciate some of my favorite moments from this year, both big and small,” presumably referring the small bundle of joy that’s on the way.
Steinfeld has shared details about her life with Allen before in her newsletter. Back in June, she provided details of their wedding, which she described as “the best weekend of our lives.” In a special edition of “Beau Society,” she and Allen shared intimate details about their May wedding weekend in Santa Barbara, Calif.
