KERR COUNTY, Texas — Kerr Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating a 26-year-old man wanted on a felony animal cruelty charge.
George Christopher Carrasco is wanted for a third-degree felony charge of cruelty to a non-livestock animal involving the killing, poisoning, or serious bodily injury of an animal, according to the Kerr County Sheriff’s Office.
The Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division says deputies have attempted to serve the warrant on Carrasco multiple times but have been unsuccessful.
Authorities are urging anyone with information about Carrasco’s whereabouts to contact Kerr Crime Stoppers. Tips can be submitted anonymously, and the first tip that leads to an arrest may be eligible for a reward of at least $750.
