Kerrville city leaders expected to hold special city council meeting

They’re planning to go over flood recovery efforts and the city’s response.

KERRVILLE, Texas — Kerrville city leaders are participating in a special meeting going over flood recovery efforts and the latest on the city’s response on Monday.

Mayor Joe Herring and City Manager Dalton Rice are expected to be in attendance.

They will be renewing the Mayor’s Disaster Declaration, as well providing an update on recovery and the city’s response.

In addition they’ll be extending a suspension on all open records related to flooding.

Kerrville City leaders at any time can go into an executive session to discuss these agenda items behind closed doors. 

The meeting starts at 8 a.m. Monday.
