Kerrville police seek public’s help locating missing man with cognitive impairment

Police in Kerrville seek the public’s help in finding Steven Summers as they say his disappearance poses a credible threat to his own health and safety.

KERRVILLE, Texas — The Kerrville Police Department is searching for a missing 66-year-old man last seen Saturday in Eagle Pass, Texas, and is asking for the public’s help in locating him.

Steven Summers, who has been diagnosed with a cognitive impairment, was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. on March 21, 2026, in Eagle Pass, according to authorities. Investigators said his disappearance poses a credible threat to his health and safety.

Summers is described as a white male, 6-feet-2-inches tall and weighing about 150 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a ball cap, a dark denim jacket, blue jeans and gray shoes.

Police said he may be traveling in a silver 2024 Ford F-250 with Texas license plate EB762C; and his disappearance poses a credible threat to their own health and safety.
