LEGOLAND transforms city into winter wonderland with MINILAND attraction

Guests will see model streets and buildings covered in snow-like decorations, giving the audience a glimpse of snowfall in the Alamo City.

SAN ANTONIO — There might not be snow in the forecast this holiday season but LEGOLAND is still trying to transform the city into a winter wonderland.

Residents and visors are invited to LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio. LEGOLAND has transformed the city into a snowy escape with their MINILAND attraction. Guests will see model streets and buildings covered in snow-like decorations, giving the audience a glimpse of snowfall in the Alamo City – which doesn’t typically happen.

According to LEGOLAND, more than 1.5 million LEGO bricks were used to create MINILAND, and Master Model Builder, Kevin Hintz is credited for creating the snowy weather inside the attraction.

In addition, guests can also see other life-size holiday builds, meet amazing LEGO characters and more at the Holiday Bricktacular event open now until January 1.
