LIVE OAK, Texas – Live Oak police are investigating what they’re only referring to as a “major incident” in a neighborhood near I-35 and Toepperwein Road.
In a message posted to Facebook, LOPD said officers have closed Standing Oaks Street from Lone Shadow Trail to Sandpiper Drive. The area around Lone Shadow Trail and Red Ripple Street is also closed.
The closures are expected to remain in place for several hours.
The Texas Department of Public Safety also has investigators in the neighborhood and the Bexar County Office of Emergency Management has two vehicles, including its mobile incident support trailer onsite.
