DALLAS — One day after his emotional return to Dallas, former Mavericks guard Luka Doncic spent his day at a local Dick’s Sporting Goods store, where he unveiled his new Jordan shoe and visited with fans.
Doncic made a surprise appearance to visit with a group of kids from AB Elite and select fans, where he hosted a Q&A, signed merchandise and shared personal stories about his journey.
Then, Doncic got behind the register to check out fans who bought merchandise from the store and posed for pictures.
Doncic scored 45 points, grabbed eight rebounds and dished six assists in his return. Before the game, the Mavericks played a tribute video for Doncic, which brought him to tears.
