Bexar County residents may redeem their $20.00 Uber voucher at hilley-solis.com/UBERSA for rides valid from 12:00 p.m on Friday, Oct. 31 until 11:59 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 2, 2025.
“Halloween remains one of the most dangerous nights of the year for impaired driving. Every choice not to drive impaired can mean the difference between life and death,” said Carla O’Neal, Area Executive Director for MADD South/Central Texas.
The organization says in 2023, 29% of fatal car crashes on Halloween involved impaired drivers, according to the latest data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). They also cite studies that show that pedestrian deaths increase on Halloween compared to other nights. particularly for children ages four to eight.
