A major accident on Loop 410 near Southcross Boulevard, involving an 18-wheeler and an SUV, is causing delays, but police report no major injuries.
SAN ANTONIO — A major accident involving at least two vehicles is causing a large delay for commuters on the southeast side of town Friday afternoon.
The accident was reported just after 3 p.m. at Loop 410 near Southcross Boulevard.
Police say the accident is involving an 18-wheeler and another vehicle. The second vehicle appears to be an SUV that has completely flipped over, photos show.
Luckily, police say no major injuries have been reported from this accident. They did say, however, that the highway will have to be closed to clear the wreckage. A KENS 5 crew is working to gather more information.
