SAN ANTONIO — San Antonio police are responding to a major crash impacting traffic on the city’s northeast side, according to police.
Officials said there is a full lane closure at Wetmore Road near Loop 410 and drivers are urged to find an alternate route as emergency crews work to clear the scene.
