The man was homeless at the time of his arrests and officials say they had been investigating him for months before taking him into custody.
SAN ANTONIO — A local man has been arrested and accused of possessing child pornography, according to authorities.
Aaron Altenbaumer, 49, is accused of downloading more than 100 video and image files depicting child pornography. Law enforcement officials said they had been investigating Altenbaumer for several months prior to the arrest.
Authorities said Altenbaumer was homeless at the time of his arrest.
Possession of child pornography is a second-degree felony.
The case remains under investigation.
