SAN ANTONIO — A man is in jail, accused of sexually assaulting a four-year-old almost two years ago. He was arrested Friday after police say he evaded arrest.
Court documents show he was babysitting the child when the assault happened back in September of 2023. At the time, he was the live-in boyfriend of the child’s aunt.
The four-year-old complained to her mom about being in pain and told her what happened. The mother took the little girl to the hospital and after an examination, DNA connected Michael Moreno III, 20, to the sexual assault. By December 2024, Moreno was facing a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
He’s also now also facing a charge of resisting arrest, search, or transport.
