SAN ANTONIO — A man accused of multiple armed robberies, one of which left a Valero clerk fighting for her life, is now behind bars, according to an arrest affidavit.
28-year-old Joshua James Moser was charged with aggravated robbery in connection to crimes that occurred on Sunday, August 10.
Police responded to a shooting in progress at a Valero gas station off I-35 and Thousand Oaks Drive around 9:45 p.m.
