SAN MARCOS, Texas — A suspect is in custody after allegedly firing multiple shots during a fight in San Marcos on Sunday morning.
The San Marcos Police Department said around 6 a.m., officers were called to the 1000 block of Vervain Road, near San Marcos High School, following reports of a group of men fighting.
Witnesses told police one man pulled a gun and fired multiple shots.
Police said the alleged shooter is now in custody. There are no known injuries.
