
Investigators say James Andrew Peters II frequented a local restaurant where he would order women alcoholic drinks while he only drank water.
SAN ANTONIO — The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office says a man is behind bars after deputies say they uncovered a disturbing pattern of sexual assault.
Investigators say James Andrew Peters II would frequent a 54th Street Bar and Grill location with different women, all under the guise of conducting business meetings.
Deputies say that during the meetings, he would order them alcoholic drinks and only consume water himself.
One woman told investigators she had dinner with Peters back on October 17, then left the restaurant with him. She told officials that Peters assaulted her.
Restaurant staff members told investigators Peters was known to have frequented the restaurant with different women.
Investigators believe there could be more victims.
