BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A man is accused of touching a 16-year-old boy inappropriately, according to court records.
On Sunday, Bexar County deputies were called to a home in the Alamo Ranch area in west Bexar County. The mother of a 16-year-old boy said that 51-year-old Carl Graves allegedly touched her son inappropriately.
Officials say the boy and Graves were picking up and delivering groceries. During one of the deliveries, Graves allegedly made a comment to the boy that he was “lucky that he wasn’t a pedophile because he would take advantage of him.”
He then asked the boy what he would do for money, according to the affidavit. This made the boy feel unsafe.
Graves then allegedly offered to give oral sex to the teen. While driving, Graves allegedly grabbed his private parts over his pants.
As Graves dropped the boy off at home, he told him, “Don’t throw me under the bus.” The boy immediately told his mother and said he recorded some of the conversation.
The mother was able to provide officials with the recording where Graves allegedly offered to give the boy oral sex.
Graves was arrested Monday and charged with grooming and indecency with a child, sexual contact.
