SAN ANTONIO — The man who was arrested for having a loaded gun at an Edgewood elementary school two years ago is heading to court.
He’s facing five felony charges that trial is set to begin this morning.
The mother of a student spotted the man while she was waiting to pick up her child at Roosevelt Elementary School.
She says the man was acting suspiciously, like he was going to run towards the school.
This happened two years ago in March of 2023.
The mom called police and used her truck to block the man from going anywhere.

Among the five felonies Lozano faces are making terroristic threats and unlawfully carrying of a weapon.
