Police say multiple victims came forward in an ongoing investigation involving alleged abuse.
SAN ANTONIO — A man has been arrested in connection with a sexual assault investigation involving minors on the west side of San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the case began Friday, April 3, near Highway 90 and Prue Road.
Investigators say a 31-year-old woman reported that she had been sexually abused by the suspect in the past while in San Antonio, along with other juveniles.
Detectives with the Special Victims Unit followed up on the report and say they were able to identify and interview additional complainants who made similar allegations.
Police identified the suspect as Ryan Pena, 50.
Authorities say a warrant was obtained, and the suspect was taken into custody without incident.
The investigation remains ongoing, and officials say more information could be released as it develops.
