The victim was not able to provide police with many details.
A man was attacked and robbed by a suspect with a knife just north of downtown, police say.
It happened around 4 p.m. Saturday in the 4700 block of Blanco Road near Basse Road.
The 44-year-old victim told officers he was attacked in a back alley by the suspect, who ran off afterwards.
The victim gave very limited details of the robbery. He was taken to a local hospital in an unknown condition.
This is still an active investigation.
