BCSO says the teen was picked up by an unknown man and when her phone was tracked, it was found abandoned.
The Bexar County Sheriff’s Office said a missing 14-year-old girl who was picked up by and unknown man has been found and the man has been detained for questioning.
Ramona Shanti Armstrong has reportedly been found after going missing when officials say she was picked up by an unknown man.
Nathaniel Edward Gonzalez has been detained.
