
A 37-year-old man died after a single-vehicle crash late Saturday night on the southeast side of town.
SAN ANTONIO — A man has died following a single-vehicle crash on the southeast side of San Antonio late Saturday night.
According to San Antonio police, officers responded around 11:02 p.m. to the 6300 block of Padre Drive for a major accident.
Investigators say the driver, a 37-year-old man, was traveling northbound when his vehicle veered off the road, struck a light pole and then hit a tree before coming to a stop.
The man was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, where he was later pronounced dead.
Police say no other people were involved or injured in the crash.
The investigation is ongoing.
