SAN ANTONIO — One man has died after his wife shot him on the northwest side early Thursday morning, according to Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident happened at the 8400 block of Pico de Aquila around 3:55 a.m. Thursday.
Officials say a wife shot her 49 year-old husband, killing him. BCSO says the wife has been detained.
No other injuries were have been reported.
