
Police say the victim tried to jump off the tracks as the train was approaching, but couldn’t avoid being hit.
A man is in critical condition after police say he was hit by a train on the east side of San Antonio early Friday morning.
Police say he was walking on the tracks near East Commerce Street and Kraft Street just before 1:30 a.m. when he was hit.
