SAN ANTONIO — Numerous drivers called San Antonio Police early Monday morning to report a man’s body on the side of the highway.
The body was found on the access road of Interstate-10 near the North Foster Road exit around midnight.
Police say no one witnessed the incident, but multiple drivers called to report it.
Investigators believe the man was likely hit by the back end of an 18-wheeler truck, and that the driver probably didn’t realize it.
Police say the man is between the ages of 30 and 50. His identity has not been released.
