SAN ANTONIO — A man was hit by a VIA bus when he ran across Loop 410 early Thursday morning, according to police.
A man in his 30s ran across the westbound main lanes of Loop 410 West around the exit at 13B between Callaghan Road and East Rolling Ridge Drive at about 3:40 a.m. That’s when police say he was hit by a VIA trans bus.
Drivers on 410 were diverted onto the Frontage Road for several hours.
The man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
This accident is still under investigation and it’s unclear if anyone faces any charges.
