Officials believe the man was either stabbed or shot, but say there is no suspect at this time.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department says they found a man in a trail of blood at a north-side McDonald’s parking lot.
Around 3:50 p.m., officials responded to the 4300 block of Vance Jackson after receiving reports of a possible stabbing.
Upon arrival, SAPD says they found a man in a McDonald’s parking lot with a “blood trail” leading to the drainage ditch across the street.
The man was taken to a local hospital in critical condition but was reportedly responsive.
Authorities could not confirm if the man was stabbed or shot and say they don’t have any suspects at this time.
This is an ongoing investigation.
