SAN ANTONIO — The Somerset Police Department says a man has been hospitalized after being run over by an SUV, which led to an altercation before the driver left the scene.
Around 1:20 p.m., police responded to Kurtz Street after receiving reports of a crash that led to injuries.
Upon arrival, Somerset PD said they found a man on the ground suffering a head injury after he was reportedly run over by a white SUV Cadillac.
Preliminary information shows that the victim approached the driver after being hit and was subsequently shoved to the ground, hitting his head on the pavement.
The driver left the scene and reportedly has a Texas plate number of RCC3206.
