The search is on for a shooting suspect who left a man hospitalized with life-threatening gunshot wounds.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department says a man has been hospitalized in critical condition after being shot several times on the east side.
Around 7:30 p.m., SAPD responded to Jenull Avenue and Monson Street after receiving reports of a shooting.
Upon arrival, SAPD says a Hispanic male in his 30s was found with at least three gunshot wounds and was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries..
Preliminary reports show an argument over “territory… who should be where and who shouldn’t be where” is what caused the shooting.
SAPD says they have basic information on the suspect and have officers searching the area for him now.
