The suspect is reportedly driving a white SUV Cadillac with Texas plates that read RCC3206.
SAN ANTONIO — The Somerset Police Department says a man has been hospitalized after a fight possibly over an SUV before the driver left the scene.
Around 1:20 p.m., police responded to Kurtz Street after receiving reports of a crash that led to injuries.
Upon arrival, Somerset PD said they found a man on the ground suffering a head injury after he was in a fight with someone he knew in a white Cadillac SUV.
Preliminary information shows that the man approached the driver and started hitting his vehicle and was possibly trying to take off the bumper before he was subsequently shoved to the ground, hitting his head on the pavement.
The driver left the scene and reportedly has a Texas plate number of RCC3206.
