The search is on for a suspect who allegedly left a man hospitalized after a shooting on the west side.
SAN ANTONIO — The San Antonio Police Department is searching for a suspect after a man was found shot on the west side.
Around 4 p.m., SAPD responded to the 800 block of Elvira Street after receiving reports of a shooting.
Preliminary information from SAPD suggests the 37-year-old victim was shot in the “upper extremity” but did not suffer life-threatening injuries.
The victim was taken to the local hospital as the search for his shooter has now begun.
This is an ongoing investigation.
