Police say they found a 19-year-old man with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition but is now stable.
SAN ANTONIO — A man is now in stable condition after a shooting on the east side Friday night, authorities say.
Police say they found a 19-year-old man in the 2100 block of Burnet Street around 9:24 p.m. with an apparent gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital in critical condition but has since been listed as stable.
Based on investigation, police say the victim agreed to meet up with unknown suspects for a “transaction.” They then shot the victim and left with his personal property. The victim left the location and went to the Burnet Street location where he called the police.
It is unknown where the actual shooting took place and who the suspects are.
This shooting is still under investigation and no other injuries have been reported.
