The man has been identified as 37-year-old Marquise Durran Singer. The woman accused of killing him has not been arrested.
SAN ANTONIO — A man whose death was caught on camera Saturday has been identified by the Bexar County Medical Examiner.
That man has been identified as 37-year-old Marquise Durran Singer. His cause of death has been determined to be due to gun shot wounds.
Then in the final confrontation, the woman and an unknown man are trying to use the elevator while she is still asking Singer to leave.
Then as Singer comes into video, this is where we stopped the video, but the video goes on to show at least two shots fired towards the victim.
The suspect then runs after the victim with the gun in her hand.
Police say the woman was detained shortly after police said she was “possibly facing criminal charges.”
On Tuesday, SAPD said that the suspect has not been arrested and the decision to charge will be with the DA.
